1 tents (10x15) fits up to 14 guest (has walls). . For bigger events, host must provide own tents. Tent will be used only when the weather it's hot, cold or windy. Due to the amount of time to put it together and brake it down tent is $49.99

                         FEES

Guests minimum requirement 10+ adults and $500 minimum+fees 

Vegetarians and kids $500 minimum+fees

9 guests or under $500 minimum +fees "Warrior Protein choice"

9 guests or under $300 deposit

10+ guests   $400 deposit

20+ Guest $600 deposit

Deposit will be applied towards the event

Final invoice will sent once request and entrees have been submitted. 

Travel fee $100 (within Charlotte) Fee includes, loading, unloading, setting up, breaking down, gas, time. Gratuity not included.

Out of the city events $100 per hour roundtrip.

Cancellation fee Free within 24 hours after submitting deposit.

$75% of your deposit After 24 hours. When cancelling/postponing the day of, you forfeit your deposit.

Postponing to the next available day will be consider upon health problems or weather conditions only once but you must notify Hibachionwheel one day or two before the event (food) is prepared.     * Additional Grill/Chef/Server $400

INDOOR EVENTS

Door  clearance must be at least W33" x 50" depth to be able to roll the grill in and turn (if any stairs present) Must provide pictures/video of the desired event area. Area must be cleared of obstacles. Must notify HW of STEPS OR INCLINATION. 

 

OUTDOOR EVENTS

Driveway, garage, corridor, entrance or patio must be cleared of obstacles. You must provide a picture or notify HW if there are more than two steps or inclination to go over the desired area. Building and parks prices may vary.                

Waiver*

By contacting/hiring Hibachi on Wheel, you ( the host/remter/owner) agree that if there is any damage on the grass, floors or walls cause by the equipment/team. Hibachi on Wheel won't be held liable. Hibachi on Wheel is not responsible for covid exposure. Host must notify the chef when allergies are present if any. Failure to notify HW/Chef, you (the host/renter/owner/guest} takes responsibility. 

*Applies only for the normal marks the equipment (team) might leave behind in such occasions like the grill rubber wheel marks, trailer wheel marks, rain marks, cooler marks, foot marks, wall marks, smoke, food particles, steamy house or tiny things of this matter that can probably be wiped off after by you (the host/renter/owner/guest if any.  In case of an accident or such thing where Hibachi on Wheel has to cancel/can't show up, Hibachi on Wheel will reimburse the full deposit paid. Hibachi on Wheel is not responsible for any cost you may have incurred to host your event.

Host must produce a video walkthrough of the venue with the camera facing the the street first then the driveway all the way back to the desire area so we can visualize anything that might prolong or cancel the set up or event at your own risk.

Once availability is been confirmed, your selected date must be reserved by placing a deposit. You must provide your guest's entrees after reserving and at least 3-5 days prior the event.

 Methods of payment are through

Zelle, Cashapp. Venmo, final payments are due at arrival via Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, Certified check, Cash.
