I've been a Hibachi Chef and Sushi for over 15 years in the Queen City and surrounding areas. The adventure has been long and fun. While having a strong culinary background of Japanese Sushi, Chinese wok and Spanish food, I knew that the train needed new coal to keep going and that's where the idea of mobile Hibachi/Sushi came from. The excitement of being creative and cooking while having fun did not ended there but went beyond the box, now we bring the fun to you.
